1. 수집하는 정보

Slively는 계정 생성이나 로그인을 사용하지 않으며, 이름·이메일 등 직접적인 개인식별정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱은 사용자의 언어, 테마, 보유 코인 수, 잠금 해제한 소재, 선택한 소재와 같은 설정값을 기기 내부 저장소(로컬)에만 저장하며, 이 데이터는 기기를 벗어나지 않고 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 다만 앱 내 광고 제공을 위해 Google AdMob이 광고 식별자(광고 ID), IP 주소, 기기 정보, 대략적인 위치, 광고 상호작용 데이터 등을 수집·처리할 수 있습니다(아래 "3. 광고" 참조).

2. 정보 사용 목적

기기 내부에 저장되는 설정값은 앱 설정 유지, 소재 선택 및 잠금 해제 상태 유지, 상점 이용 등 앱 기능 제공을 위해서만 사용됩니다. 광고 관련 데이터는 광고 게재, 광고 성과 측정, 앱 기능 및 부정 이용 방지를 위해 사용됩니다.

3. 광고

Slively는 Google AdMob을 통해 앱 내에 광고(보상형·전면 등)를 게재합니다. AdMob은 광고 게재와 성과 측정을 위해 광고 식별자, IP 주소, 기기 정보, 대략적인 위치, 광고 상호작용 정보 등을 수집·처리할 수 있으며, 이 정보는 광고 제공을 위해 Google과 공유됩니다.

맞춤형 광고: 이용자의 동의가 있는 경우 관심 기반 맞춤형 광고가 제공될 수 있습니다. iOS에서는 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 요청을 통해, 유럽 경제 지역(EEA) 등에서는 동의 관리 도구를 통해 동의를 받으며, 동의하지 않으면 비맞춤형 광고가 제공됩니다.
옵트아웃: iOS는 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서, Android는 설정의 광고 항목에서 광고 맞춤설정을 제한하거나 광고 ID를 재설정할 수 있습니다.

4. 제3자 제공

Slively는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 위 "3. 광고"에 따라 광고 제공을 위해 광고 식별자 등 일부 데이터가 광고 파트너(Google AdMob)와 공유될 수 있습니다.

5. 결제와 코인

코인은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play의 인앱결제(소비성 상품)로 구매할 수 있습니다. 실제 결제는 각 스토어가 처리하며, Slively는 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 구매한 코인과 잠금 해제 상태는 기기 내부 저장소에만 보관되며, 계정 동기화나 서버 복원 기능을 제공하지 않으므로 앱을 삭제하거나 다른 기기로 옮기면 복원되지 않습니다.

6. 어린이 개인정보

Slively는 어린이를 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 어린이로부터 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에는 광고와 결제 기능이 포함되어 있으므로 미성년자는 보호자의 동의와 관리 하에 이용할 것을 권장합니다.

7. 방침 변경

개인정보 처리에 영향을 주는 기능이 추가·변경되면 본 개인정보처리방침이 업데이트되며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 반영됩니다.

1. Information We Collect

Slively does not use account registration or login and does not collect directly identifying information such as your name or email. The app stores preferences such as language, theme, coin count, unlocked materials, and the selected material only in your device's local storage; this data never leaves your device and is removed when you delete the app. However, to serve in-app ads, Google AdMob may collect and process an advertising identifier (Ad ID), IP address, device information, coarse location, and ad-interaction data (see "3. Advertising" below).

2. How We Use Information

Locally stored preferences are used only to provide app features such as preserving settings, material selection and unlock state, and shop functionality. Ad-related data is used to serve ads, measure ad performance, and support app functionality and fraud prevention.

3. Advertising

Slively serves in-app ads (including rewarded and interstitial formats) through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may collect and process an advertising identifier, IP address, device information, coarse location, and ad-interaction data, which is shared with Google to provide advertising.

Personalized ads: with your consent, interest-based personalized ads may be shown. Consent is obtained through App Tracking Transparency (ATT) on iOS and through a consent management tool in the European Economic Area (EEA) and other regions; if you do not consent, non-personalized ads are shown.
Opt-out: on iOS via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and on Android via the Ads section of Settings, you can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising ID.

4. Sharing

Slively does not sell your personal information. As described in "3. Advertising," certain data such as the advertising identifier may be shared with our advertising partner (Google AdMob) to serve ads.

5. Payments and Coins

Coins can be purchased as consumable in-app products through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payments are processed entirely by the respective store; Slively does not collect or store payment details such as card numbers. Purchased coins and unlocked items are kept only in your device's local storage, with no account sync or server-side restoration, and are not restored if you delete the app or move to another device.

6. Children's Privacy

Slively is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app includes advertising and purchase features, we recommend that minors use it with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated if features that affect personal data handling are added or changed. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
