1. 서비스
Slively는 디지털 슬라임, 스퀴시, 클리커 소재를 터치로 조작하는 감각형 디지털 토이 앱입니다.
2. 사용 조건
사용자는 앱을 개인적이고 비상업적인 목적으로 사용할 수 있습니다. 앱의 코드, 디자인, 이미지, 사운드, 소재 표현을 무단 복제하거나 재배포할 수 없습니다.
3. 코인과 상점
코인은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play의 인앱결제로 구매하는 소비성 상품이며, 코인으로 앱 내 소재(오브젝트·색상·번들 등)를 잠금 해제할 수 있습니다. 결제 및 환불은 각 스토어의 정책을 따릅니다. 코인과 잠금 해제 상태는 기기 내부에만 저장되며, 계정 로그인·서버 동기화·구매 복원 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 따라서 앱을 삭제하거나 다른 기기로 변경하면 보유 코인과 잠금 해제 항목은 복원되지 않으니, 구매 전 이 점에 유의하시기 바랍니다.
4. 건강 관련 고지
Slively는 휴식과 감각 놀이를 위한 앱이며, 의학적 치료나 진단, 건강 조언을 제공하지 않습니다.
5. 변경
앱 기능과 운영 정책에 따라 본 약관은 업데이트될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 반영됩니다.

1. Service
Slively is a tactile digital toy app for touching and interacting with digital slime, squishy, and clicker materials.
2. Use
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or misuse the app's code, design, images, sounds, or material expressions.
3. Coins and Shop
Coins are consumable items purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases and can be used to unlock in-app materials (objects, colors, bundles, and more). Payments and refunds follow each store's policies. Coins and unlocked items are stored only on your device; the app does not provide accounts, server sync, or purchase restoration. As a result, your coins and unlocked items are not recovered if you delete the app or change devices, so please keep this in mind before purchasing.
4. Health Notice
Slively is for relaxation and sensory play. It does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or health advice.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated as app features and operating policies change. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
